Exercise #8

A researcher wished to test the hypothesis that taller men are more likely than shorter men to be judged as leaders. A random sample of 30-year-old men was selected and measured for height. The men were then brought before a panel of personnel managers and ranked on the basis of perceived leadership qualities. Each subject was assigned the median rank of the panel’s decisions.
