Assessed mental health of pregnant mothers and made clinical diagnoses

Collected measures of maternal and fetal physiology (i.e. heart rate, blood flow) to determine the effects of maternal

 depression on fetal outcome

Assayed maternal and infant saliva samples for cortisol using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
